EMPOWER | Special Program for Female Ethnic Minority University Students
EMPOWER by the Amber Foundation is a professional development program designed for ethnic minority women in Hong Kong who are in their 3rd or final year of university or who have recently graduated. This program is intended to increase visibility to future employers, build a business network and develop professional and interpersonal skills for enhanced career opportunities, thereby also improving the wellbeing of their family.
Covering topics such as communicating with confidence, networking, interview training, personal branding and providing multiple internship opportunities at well-known corporations, EMPOWER is here to guide YOU towards a successful career!
