EQ Express: Virtual Psychological Service Exchange Programme

 

Objectives


  1. To foster students’ EQ development by increasing their EQ knowledge and basic communication skills
  2. To enhance students’ spirit of love and care for others
  3. To provide opportunities to promote psychological health and serving attitude

Programme Highlights:


  • Enhance EQ with online interactive mental health mission challenges
  • Make Friends with Overseas Students
  • Gain an internationally recognized Certificate of Mental Health First Aid Standard Course
  • Deliver EQ-related activities for the underprivileged children in Southeast Asia
  • Up to 3 CCL credits will be entitled and a certificate will be presented upon completion
