    HKSTP Technology Leaders of Tomorrow (TLT) Programme

    During the 26-month (2+24) programme, TLT talents will fast-track their career to become future technology leaders in Hong Kong:

    • Receive a monthly salary of 25k (bachelor’s)/30k (master’s)/45k (PhD’s).
    • Start with a 2-month internship at HKSTP to gain an all-rounded understanding of Hong Kong’s I&T focus areas;
    • Get hired by one of HKSTP’s top partner companies for 24 months and receive on-the-job R&D training and mentoring during the first 6 months of employment;
    • Benefit from executive mentoring, innovation and leadership training, career guidance and various networking opportunities with Hong Kong’s I&T decision makers and influencers;
