Guest Accommodation in Dr. Ng Tor Tai International House
Dr. Ng Tor Tai International House ("NTTIH") was established in 1997 providing accommodation facilities to the guests of Hong Kong Baptist University, mainly visiting scholars or visitors invited by the University to participate in University's academic, cultural and social exchange activities.
To support our guests' mission of exchange activities, we provide our hospitality services to enhance guests' every aspect of stay. Situated in a scenic spot on the University's campus, our guestrooms with stylish and homey interiors are the ideal places to relax at the end of guests' busy activity day. Our dedicated and caring staff embraces the guests as our own and attends to their every need. With our cordial, attentive and sincere hospitality service, we are indeed guests' home away from home.

Arriving from Hong Kong International Airport
Taxi service is readily available at the airport which takes around 30 minutes to arrive at NTTIH.
- Airport Express
The Airport Express train departs from the airport every 10-12 minutes to the Kowloon MTR Station, where guests can transfer to taxi which takes around 30 minutes to arrive at NTTIH.
- Airport Bus
Airport Bus route E22 departs from the airport every 25 minutes which takes around 45 minutes to arrive at HKBU Junction Road bus stop, which is just 5-minute walking distance to NTTIH.
Arriving from Kowloon Tong MTR Station
Public light bus routes 25M and 25M(S) are available at the public light bus terminus adjacent to the Kowloon Tong MTR Station. Both of the bus routes take around 5 minutes to arrive at HKBU public light bus station.

The room types of Deluxe and Suite are available all-year-round whereas the Superior rooms are available only in July and August.

Self-serviced Laundry Facilities
Located at 5/F Common Room, opens from 07:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. daily. Additional charges are applicable and accept payment by Octopus only.
On campus, there are various catering outlets offering a wide range of local delicacies, Asian cuisines, Western food, Halal food, coffee, pastries and vegetarian food, where you can enjoy with your friends at a reasonable price. For details, please refer to here. The closest one is Bistro NTT, which is located on the G/F of Dr. Ng Tor Tai International House.
Near the Kowloon Tong campus, you may want to explore other dining options, especially those inside the nearby shopping malls.
Swimming Pool, Sports Facilities and Fitness Room of HKBU
A guest can approach and pay directly at the swimming pool, sports facilities, and Fitness Room of HKBU together with his / her room card, room card holder (with guest's name, room number and period of stay) and identification document.
For using of Fitness Room in Wai Hang Sports Centre (WHSC), a guest should visit the website of WHSC, read the Instructional pages for the Fitness Room carefully and sign on the “Informed Consent Agreement”. The signed copy of the “Informed Consent Agreement” together with NTT room card and card holder should then be submitted to the WHSC counter. After settling the admission fee at WHSC counter, guests can use the Fitness Room facilities immediately.
|Making Room Reservation
|Reservation must be made by HKBU Faculty/School/Department/Office.
|Request for room reservation shall be made by forwarding to Dr. Ng Tor Tai International House ("NTTIH") the duly signed Room Reservation Form which could be downloaded from the website of NTTIH.
|Confirmation of Room Reservation
|To confirm room reservation, NTTIH will fax or email to the Faculty/School/Department/Office concerned the Room Reservation Form with confirmation number.
|Notice Period Required for Amendment of Details of Room Reservation
|Request for cancellation of room reservation, reduction of number of rooms or change of period of stay shall only be accepted if a written request is received:
|3.1.1 30 days prior to the original arrival schedule for booking of 1 to 3 rooms.
|3.1.2 45 days prior to the original arrival schedule for booking of 4 to 7 rooms.
|3.1.3 60 days prior to the original arrival schedule for booking of 8 rooms or above.
|Request for change of period of stay shall also be subject to room availability at time of request.
|Payment of Room Rental
|If no written request is received before the required period of notification as stated in Clause 3 above, NTTIH shall assume no further amendment to the room reservation is needed.
|Full payment of room rental shall be settled upon completion of the required period of notification as stated in Clause 3.
|Under any circumstances, all paid room rentals are neither refundable nor transferable.
|Check-in & Check-out Arrangements
|The earliest check-in time is 1400 hours while the latest check-out time is 1200 noon.
|Subject to room availability, surcharge on early check-in / late check-out will be:
|5.2.1 Full day rental for check-in before 1400 hours;
|5.2.2 Half day rental for check-out after 1200 noon and before 1800 hours; and full day rental for check- out after 1800 hours.
|The reception counter is closed on Mondays to Saturdays from 1800 hrs. to 0900 hrs., and the whole day of Sundays and Public Holidays that no check-in or check-out service is provided during the period.
|Request for extra bed will be charged at HK$300 per bed per night.
|Construction Works under the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity Project
|Extensive construction works under the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity project site, which is adjacent to NTTIH, are carried out until 2023-24.
|During the work periods, some nuisances like noise, dust, smell and vibration will inevitably be generated that will cause disturbance and inconvenience to guests.
|NTTIH management reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions without prior notice.
|Internal Transfer from Account of Booking Unit
|Fill in the Reservation Form by providing the account details and signature of budget controller of the HKBU Faculty/School/Department/Office.
|Only VISA, MasterCard and UnionPay card are acceptable.
|Fill in the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and submit it together with a copy of both sides of the credit card.
|Cash and Cheque
|Cash are acceptable in Hong Kong Dollars only.
|Cheque should be made payable to "Hong Kong Baptist University". Please write down booking details including guest name(s), number of room(s) reserved, room rate and period of stay at the back side of the cheque. Confirmation will be sent to the contact person of the booking via email upon completion of actual clearance by the bank.
|Bank deposit should be made payable to "Hong Kong Baptist University" and credited to account no. 024-283-338366-018 at any branch of Hang Seng Bank.
|A copy of the bank-in slip together with the booking details including guest name(s), number of room(s) reserved, room rate and period of stay are needed.
