    Human Resources Planning Commission launches one-stop online manpower information portal 人力資源規劃委員會推出一站式網上人力資源資訊平台

    Dear Students,

    The Human Resources Planning Commission, chaired by the Chief Secretary for Administration, co-ordinated and launched a one-stop manpower information portal (talent.gov.hk) on 1st December 2019. The portal consolidates human resources information and data from different sources with a view to providing more convenient access to relevant information to the local labour force to assist them to make informed choices in respect of career, training and development pathways.

    The portal comprises an occupation database, information on training courses, consolidated listings of government job vacancies and vacancies from several key local private job boards, a monthly online magazine named “Explorer” which introduces trending topics concerning careers and workplaces, as well as career quizzes.

    You are cordially invited to visit the portal*, share its information with your friends, and follow the social media accounts of the online magazine “Explorer” (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin).

    由政務司司長出任主席的人力資源規劃委員會籌劃並於2019年12月1日推出全新的一站式網上人力資源資訊平台 — talent.gov.hk,以整合不同來源的相關資訊及數據,讓本地勞動人口在職業、進修及培訓規劃時,可更方便掌握更多有用的參考和導向。

    平台內容包括職業資料庫、培訓課程資料、轉載政府職位空缺及本地數個主要私人求職網站的職位空缺、介紹與職業及職場相關的熱門課題的網上月刊《飛雲》及職業小測試。

    Scholarships at Ton Duc Thang University in Vietnam (Deadline Extended to 31 May 2020)

    Ton Duc Thang university (TDTU) is a public and the biggest university in Vietnam.

    The following scholarships are available for international students:

    • Applications Deadline: Before 30th April 2019 (Fall semester) and 30th October 2019 (Spring semester)

    • Course Level: Master, PhD

    •  Study Subject:
      - Master (200 scholarships): Accounting; Applied Mathematics; Automation and Control Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Communications Engineering; Business Administration; Chemical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Transportation Engineering; Computer Science; Economics Law; Environmental Engineering; Labor Protection; Finance and Banking; Applied Art; Sociology; Sports Management; Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages

      - PhD (100 scholarships): Business Administration; Civil Engineering; Computer Science; Computational Science

      - Postdoc (50 fellowships): All fields (review based on research and publication ability)

    • Scholarship Award:

      - Total Fee tuition of master programme: $2000 - $2200 for the whole programme in 2 years

      - Total Fee tuition of doctoral programme: $8700 for the whole programme in 4 years

    •  Number of Scholarships: 350

    • Scholarship can be taken in: Before 15th July 2019 (Fall semester) and 15th December 2019 (Spring semester)

    • Eligible Countries: Southeast Asian countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, The Philippines, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia…), Asia countries (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India, China, Mongolia, Uzbekistan…), Europe countries, America countries, Oceania countries, African counties.
