Leadership and Character Enhancement Programme
About
Leadership and character building are indispensable parts of whole person development. To nurture future leaders with professional knowledge and righteous values, Leadership Qualities Centre launches a bespoke programme for youth leaders, namely “Leadership & Character Enhancement Programme”. University and secondary school students will embark on a journey to excellence through professional trainings and thrilling learning experience.
We are now recruiting HKBU students as Peer Mentors in this programme. Peer Mentors will lead a team of secondary students to receive a series of trainings and render suitable advice and support to the team.
Objectives
- To enhance students’ leadership skills in event planning and execution
- To nurture students with righteous values and virtuous qualities
- To equip students with professional knowledge and practical skill sets for team management
Programme Targets
- All HKBU students are welcome
Application
Application Deadline
- 20 September 2025 (Sunday)
Recognition
- A total of 3 CCL units recognised for HKBU students with full attendance
- Outstanding Peer Mentor(s) will be awarded with Certificate of Appreciation

**A pre-programme briefing session will be organised on 23 Oct (Fri) to HKBU Peer Mentors. A total of 3 CCL units recognised for HKBU students with full attendance. 香港浸會大學學生須出席2026年10月23日(星期五)舉行的計劃前簡介。出席所有活動的香港浸會大學學生將被視作完成三項聯通課程。
