    Have you ever thought of your life goals?

    “I wish to save money for further study and working holidays.”
    “I desire to be an entrepreneur.”


    These statements may be wishful to think of if you do not have any financial plans. Getting an early start on managing personal finance is very significant. Let’s take a closer look at the fundamental concepts and useful tools that can be applied to help reach your life goals!

    You are invited to join the Life Stage Financial Planning Talk, co-organized by HKCSS and Citi Hong Kong. Mr. Pak Ling Wong, Citi Hong Kong would provide key tips on how to plan and manage personal finances. You will also learn about the emerging tools of digital finance while considering their significant potentials and risks.

    2021年領展大學生獎學金 - 大學二年至四年級獎學金 Link University Scholarship for Year 2-4 University Studies (Deadline: 30 June 2021)

    The Link University Scholarship was established in 2015 as part of the Link Together Initiatives. It aims at supporting undergraduates who are the first amongst three generations of their families to study at one of Hong Kong’s universities. The Scholarship for Year 2-4 University Studies in 2021-22 is now open for application. Each awardee will receive a grant of HK$20,000. Eligible applicants must be:

     

    1. The first-generation university student from his/her family (i.e. his/her grandparents and parents do not hold any degree from any university) to study at one of the Hong Kong’s universities, and is able to provide one of the following:
      1. A recommendation letter by the principal or teacher of his/her previous secondary school (You can download the template from the website below); or
      2. A declaration issued by Home Affairs Department of HKSAR (You can download the template from the website below);
    2. A full-time student who will continue their Year 2/3/4 full-time bachelor’s study at one of the Hong Kong’s universities;
    3. Having a Cumulative Grade Point Average (cGPA) of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale and eligible for next year’s admission by a Hong Kong university;
    4. A local student (e.g. holder of HKID Card (Permanent) or Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macau (One-way Permit));
    5. Aged 25 below (i.e. born on or after 1 September 1996); and
    6. Proactively participating in community services.

    The Deanship of Graduate Studies at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) is pleased to announce that KFUPM provides full MS and PhD scholarships for distinguished graduate applicants who demonstrate high potential for conducting original research in the fields of Engineering, Sciences, and Business.  Interested applicants should send a one-page CV detailing the GPA, Department Name where you want to study, transcripts, any proof of English proficiency (if available), any information on Undergraduate/Graduate Research (if conducted), and any additional information that can help you and can fit in one page to gs-scholarship@kfupm.edu.sa.
