    HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship 2021/22 (Deadline: 5:30pm of 21 January 2022)

    HSBC has a long history of supporting educational activities and nurturing young people for the betterment of the community. For the 2021/22 academic year, HSBC is offering HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship, at HK$50,000 each, to up to six HKBU local full-time undergraduate students. Up to nine eligible candidates will be nominated for final selection by HSBC.  The scholarship is now open for application, please click here for more details.

     

    INFORMATION SESSION

    An information session (CCL recognized) will be held at 2:30pm - 4:00pm of 11 November 2021 (Thursday) at AAB 301 & 302, in which more details about the Scholarship will be introduced by representatives of HSBC. Last year’s HSBC Scholars from HKBU will also share their precious experiences and hints for successful application. Students who are interested in applying for HSBC Scholarship are highly recommended to attend. Please click here for the registration of the information session.

     

    Note: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as extreme weather, that resulted in the sudden closure of SFA Counter on the day of the deadline, SFA will extend the deadline of application to 5:30pm of the following working day.

    Feeling stressed out, moody or low-spirited? Wanting to stretch out and BOX OFF your negative feelings? Join “ Box Off Depression” (BOD) for five Thai –Boxing Classes for free in October 2021, to improve your physical and mental health. The activity is delivered by Elite Thai Boxing and Fitness, a social enterprise established in 2015.

    HSBC Overseas Scholarship 2022/23 (Deadline: 5:30pm of 12 January 2022)

    HSBC has a long history of supporting educational activities and nurturing young people for the betterment of the community. For the 2022/23 academic year, HSBC is offering HSBC Overseas Scholarship, at a maximum total value of up to HK$1,200,000 with a maximum amount of HK$300,000 per scholarship, to local full-time undergraduate students in Hong Kong. The scholarship will support the recipients to study abroad for either one semester or one academic year, and return to our University to complete their studies and graduate. Applicants are recommended to choose from this list of overseas universities. Hong Kong Baptist University will nominate two eligible candidates to compete with students from other universities in Hong Kong for the Scholarships. Please click here for more information.
