We are pleased to introduce a new application system for the First-Generation University Student Fund (FGF). Through this one-stop platform, 

1. new applicants can sign up for FGF via Form I;
2. current FGF recipients can apply to use the fund on various learning activities via Form II;
3. FGF recipients can access to their application records, as well as check their Form II application results and the balance of their fund.

The system is user-friendly. Please refer to the user manual for the few steps of using the system.

We sincerely hope that the new system would improve student experience of FGF applications. We will continue to enhance it and expand its functions. Please stay tuned!

HKBU First-Generation University Student Fund (FGF) was established to help unlock precious opportunities for BU’s first-generation local undergraduates to participate in diverse outside-of-classroom learning activities and develop in an all-rounded manner. Successful applicants will receive up to $15,000 for participating in different outside-of-classroom learning activities. The subsidy amount will be pro-rata for applicants of senior years. Therefore, the earlier you apply for the Fund, the higher amount of subsidy you are entitled to.
