Link REIT Summer Internship Programme 2021 (8 Weeks) is now calling for applications.

We offer undergraduate students an unique opportunity to join a structured training programme at Link. During the 8-week internship programme, they will have the chance to learn from and work with our professional team to develop their talents, interpersonal skills and commercial knowledge. We will also organise a range of activities, such as site tours, cross companies visit, assessments, training workshop, networking events and many more, to complete the whole experience.

Students will be invited to deliver a presentation to our senior management at the end of their tenure. This is an opportunity to receive valuable feedback and insights from our leaders, which many considered this to be one of their most rewarding, inspiring and memorable moments during their journey with us.

Programme Highlights

• Interest and prior exposure in real estate / asset management a definite advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Motivated and enthusiastic

Neo Derm Group Limited is now recruiting students for its Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP).

The Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a one-year programme aimed to provide young graduates a professional job opportunity in a fast growing and dynamic beauty industry. You will be equipped with the business knowledge and leadership skills that will enable you to progress towards leadership roles. Through job rotation, on-the-job training and mentoring support from senior management, the learning experience will prepare you for a promising career within the Group.

The one-year programme consists of:

• Understanding of business fundamentals and corporate culture
• On-the-job training, project support assignments at various business functions, shadowing leaders and buddying experienced colleagues, online courses and product training workshops.
• Leadership skills development, regular feedback, mentoring and executive coaching support throughout your career at Neo Derm

We are looking for:

• graduates with 1 –2 years of working experience with marketing or operation exposure
• post graduates preferred
• A good degree in any subject
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Ambitious, energetic, digital savvy, ability to execute fast and effectively with right attitude and willing to continuously learn and adapt
• A strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Skilled in PowerPoint presentations and charts, excel spreadsheet and design thinking

SHKP Management Trainee Programme 2021 (Second Round) is now open for application! Final-years undergraduate students from all disciplines are welcome to apply. Don’t miss this last chance and apply on or before 6 June 2021!

About the Programme
The SHKP Management Trainee Programme is a 3-year programme designed to nurture future leaders of the Group, offering high-calibre graduates the best learning opportunities and career development support. Trainees will be exposed to SHKP’s diverse portfolio in property and non-property businesses to hone their career interests and expand their horizons. The programme aims to guide and support trainees to build their industry knowledge and cultivate their management and leadership capabilities.

1. PROPERTY BUSINESSES
Management Trainees of the Property Businesses will have rotations to different departments. On-the-job coaching and action learning are offered to support the trainees’ development of management and functional competence.

Host Functions:

• Residential Leasing
• Retail Leasing and Promotions
• Retail Marketing and Customer Relations

2. NON-PROPERTY PORTFOLIO BUSINESSES
Besides property, the Group has other portfolio businesses as follows:

• Telecommunications – SmarTone
• Information Technology – SUNeVision
• Transport Infrastructure – Wilson Group
• Retail – YATA

Management Trainees of Non-property Portfolio Businesses will begin at Headquarters and then have separate attachments at two business units in the first 18 months of the programme. Trainee will then be posted at a designated business unit for 18 months of on-the-job training. Throughout the programme, trainees will participate in research projects led by experienced managers and prepare financial reports and support analyses on business while furthering their knowledge in financial control.

Requirements
To be our Management Trainee, you should possess the following qualities:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong business acumen with frontline perspective
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency
• Excellency in communication and presentation
• Outgoing personality and ability to learn fast
• High initiative and strong will to succeed
