Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks are now looking for undergraduate students to join HKSTP 2021 Summer Internship Programme. Undergraduate students with disciplines in Marketing (Graphics Design), Building Engineering/ Mechanical, IT, Business or Finance are welcome to apply.

Throughout the programme, you will be able to get a taste of working at a vibrant I&T corporate, also involve in variety of business projects, professional skills workshops and visit our newly built smart living community- Innocell!

• Passionate in Innovation & Technology industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Proactive with great sense of responsibilities and strong learning agility
• Strong analytical thinking, curious to learn & take up challenges
• Able to work full time from June 15 – July 30
• A valid permit to work in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

Our Winning Women Early Insights Program seeks to provide undergraduate students with a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at a leading financial services firm offering training and networking events.

Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We want your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. We will give you what you need to succeed through training and networking with senior leaders and other talented individuals.

What to expect?
In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with junior and senior business leaders and hear their stories, experiences and advice sharing to help you build a successful career with us. You will be assigned to a specific business track that matches your interest and skill sets, and you’ll be able to gain an in-depth understanding towards that business through exclusive networking and learning sessions.

In addition, you’ll also get to attend various personal development workshops and receive exclusive access to resources on interviewing, recruitment and more to help you with your career planning. This is your chance to get your questions answered about our firm and our internship programs.

Event Date: July 26 – August 18, 2021 (2-3 HKT/SGT evening sessions per week)
Format: Virtual

Who We Are Seeking
If you're highly motivated and enjoy working in teams to come up with innovative solutions, this program is for you. We welcome applications from all genders and majors who have an interest in financial services.

• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to think critically and analyze data
• Basic understanding of financial services
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Fluency in English
• Pursuing a degree qualification from any academic background
• Expected graduation date of September 2022 – July 2023

• Business tracks available for this event include: Asset Management, Corporate Banking, Compliance, Finance & Business Management, Human Resources, Investment Banking, Markets, Operations, Technology, Wealth Management and Wholesale Payments.
• If you are advanced to the next step of the process, you’ll receive an email invitation to complete a video interview, powered by HireVue.
• Selected students will be notified via email in July with next steps and event details.

The registration deadline (to complete both the online application and HireVue) is Sunday, June 27, 2021 (23:59 HKT). We encourage you to apply early as application screening will be conducted on a rolling basis.
