Through art mediums like painting and collage, participants are guided to do a self-life review and to project their future self by re-composing their self-portraits.

透過繪畫及拼貼畫(collage)等藝術媒介,引導參加者進行自省,並為未來的自己展開積極想像。

Refundable Deposit: $200 (fully refund upon full completion)

Quota: 20 (Open to all UGC-funded degree seeking Undergraduate students, with priority to UGH / NTT hall residents)

About the instructor: Miss Tang Cheuk-man, Penelope (Penny)
Tang Cheuk-man graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Arts. In 2017, she was awarded a Summer Musical Camp Scholarship by Goldsmiths, University of London for a short-term musical theatre training in UK. In 2017, Tang curated a micro-multimedia theatre showcase entitled Searching for Stillness to explore the meanings of death and the ritual possibilities. She was endorsed again in 2020 for the second run held in early 2021.

Tang has recently involved in various alternative theatrical performances, including The Story of Yim Tin Tsai – Environmental Theatre (2019) organised by Yim Tin Festival, Open A Room – Gaze (2020), an interactive online performance & also 100% Hong Kong (2021) by Rimini Protokoll & On & On Theatre Workshop.


About the instructor: Miss Wong Kuk-Yin, Genie
Wong Kuk-Yin graduated from Hong Kong Shue Yan University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Counselling & Psychology. She is now pursuing a master’s degree of Expressive Arts Therapy in the University of Hong Kong, while actively offering mental counselling services for youngsters and adults. In the past six years, she integrated the elements of arts, in particular music, visual art and 3D art, into her counselling services for the benefit of people’s body, mind and soul.
