Jockey Club “In Search of Voice in a Cramped City” Dance Education Programme (The Programme) is a 3-year dance education project funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. This Programme fuses contemporary dance with other art disciplines: drama, visual arts, music and text-image as media, to create a series of innovative programme activities for youths to explore communication.

The Programme is a continuation of two cross-media projects: In Search of Space in a Cramped City: A Moving Exhibition – Urban Bottling co-presented with The Office of the Arts Administrator, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015, and the General Education in Arts Programme for Tertiary Students co-presented with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, In Search of Motion in a Virtual City. Both cross-media projects were awarded Outstanding Achievement in Youth or Community Dance in 2016 and Outstanding Dance Education in 2018 by Hong Kong Dance Alliance Dance Awards respectively.
