Research shows self-compassion reduces stress levels, anxiety, depression, shame, fear of failure etc. and increases life satisfaction, coping resilience, motivation etc.
In this activity-based workshop, we will experience first hand the power of self-compassion, a very useful skill that we can benefit from in difficult times.
