Where You Fit In – Your Starting Role
The Shell HK/Macau Retail Business consists of 45 service stations which are significant cash engines fundamental to the success of the Group’s Retail Business.

This is an opportunity for someone who is obsessed with customer-centricity, digital transformation and delivery of business value in ways aligned with the Group’s values. You will work with internal and external partners to grow Retail business, boost market position and achieve business goals. You will make contributions to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and experience, improve customer stickiness and loyalty, optimize cost, drive station productivity, and interface with stakeholders to bring to life value-added solutions.

Entry Requirements

• Degree holder in all disciplines, preferably marketing and engineering
• Year of Study- Final year or already graduated within 3 years
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua is a plus
