[Internship & GT Program] JLL Hong Kong 2021 Early Career Development Programmes (Deadline: 30 April)
Dear students,
JLL Hong Kong is recruiting talents for its 2021 Early Career Development Programmes.
1. Strategic Internship Program (8-10 weeks)
You will gain exposure from contributing to various Company-wised strategic research reports, data analysis projects, and participate in day-to-day operation management, you will learn industrial practice from working with JLL key business leader. You will also attend different training workshops and webinars to build up your expertise. Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance will be reviewed and considered for fast-track opportunity in Graduate Trainee Programme upon graduation
Requirements / Qualifications
- You are in penultimate year of undergraduate study. Friends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mindset.
- Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.

2. Graduate Trainee (24 months)
On this 2-year program, you will gain insights by rotating among different functions including Consulting and Professional Services, Investment and Leasing, Workplace Experiences and Property Management or gain exposure and experiences working at our client offices. In each rotation you will have the opportunity to understand the holistic nature of the department in driving the strategy forward.
Requirements / Qualifications
- You are a fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of working experience, and with a Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, Building Services Engineering, Energy and Environment, Finance, Data Science or Business-related studies.
- Friends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.
- Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
