EMPOWER by the Amber Foundation is a series of career and life skills workshops and networking opportunities for Hong Kong Ethnic Minority women, designed and conducted by experienced professionals to increase your career success.

This program allows Permanent Resident Hong Kong Ethnic Monitory women attending University to connect with inspiring women, cultivate a business network and forge a path to expand career opportunities. Covering topics such as communicating with con­dence, networking, interview training, personal branding and providing multiple internship opportunities at well-known corporations,  EMPOWER is here to guide YOU towards a successful career!

About the Amber Foundation
The Amber Foundation is based in Hong Kong and is the charitable arm of a locally based, Canadian family with deep roots in the city. Our mission is to provide support for a variety of underserved communities in Hong Kong and across South Asia.

The Amber Foundation has two major projects:
1) Environmental Project: rescuing and repurposing airline kit and hotel toiletries for street sleepers, women in shelters, refugees, and the elderly in Hong Kong; and
2) EMPOWER: providing scholarships and workshops to build a business network for ethnic minority women in university.
