The pandemic has catalysed “gig economy” which reshapes the concept of employability. Cultivating diverse future skills and adjusting the mentality of young people are becoming ever more important. Funded by HSBC Hong Kong Community Partnership Programme, The HKFYG Leadership Institute has launched the “Own My Path - Skills Transformation Training Programme 「自主創出路」技能轉型培訓計劃” (“the Programme”), which offers series of training activities aiming to help young people enhance their employability and financial capability while becoming more resilient and future-proof.

About the Programme:
As part of our accelerated three-year talent programme, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Club and its unique integrated business model. You will acquire job-related skills and knowledge through a wide range of learning and development activities, including formal training and job rotations within and across divisions. You will also work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects contributing to the Club’s business development and its broader impact in society.
Requirements:
We are looking for passionate young talent with the following qualities and aspirations:- Fresh graduate or degree holder in any discipline, with less than 3 years working experience.
