However, the full picture will be revealed only to the chosen few. 
 
Those who pass the initial screening will be invited to an exclusive "Experience Day". This immersive event will be your portal to a world of revelations, where The Camellia Cohort's intricate details will be unveiled. 
 
If you are chosen to be part of The Camellia Cohort, this program will offer you: 
  • A Multifaceted Retail Adventure: Gain insight into the operations and realities of luxury retail through rotation across various divisions and retail positions. 
  • Relentless Growth: Discover your strengths, interests and values, challenge your adaptability and learning agility, acquire life skills and professional skills that will be important cornerstones of your future development. 
  • A Collaborative Ecosystem: Connect and grow with a group of carefully selected peers who are driven and share a spirit of exploration.
Position Requirements: 
  • Passion and curiosity for frontline professions in the retail service/luxury industry 
  • Excellent language skills (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred), communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Eager to develop a career in the luxury retail industry and work in a team-oriented environment. 
  • No more than 2 years of work experience (willingness to learn and a strong sense of ownership are highly valued)
