Neo Derm Group Limited is now recruiting students for its Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP).

The Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) is a one-year programme aimed to provide young graduates a professional job opportunity in a fast growing and dynamic beauty industry. You will be equipped with the business knowledge and leadership skills that will enable you to progress towards leadership roles. Through job rotation, on-the-job training and mentoring support from senior management, the learning experience will prepare you for a promising career within the Group.

The one-year programme consists of:

• Understanding of business fundamentals and corporate culture
• On-the-job training, project support assignments at various business functions, shadowing leaders and buddying experienced colleagues, online courses and product training workshops.
• Leadership skills development, regular feedback, mentoring and executive coaching support throughout your career at Neo Derm

We are looking for:

• graduates with 1 –2 years of working experience with marketing or operation exposure
• post graduates preferred
• A good degree in any subject
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Ambitious, energetic, digital savvy, ability to execute fast and effectively with right attitude and willing to continuously learn and adapt
• A strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Skilled in PowerPoint presentations and charts, excel spreadsheet and design thinking
