Techathon 2023 - Call for Application
Join Hong Kong Techathon 2023, a one-week challenge, to meet new friends, work out an innovative tech-related business plan and pitch for seed funds offered by Hong Kong Science Park and 9 co-organising universities!
Winning teams will get fabulous prizes including cash and laptop computers. What’s more – they will be admitted to HKSTP Ideation Programme for up to HK$100K seed fund and the universities’ startup programmes!

Eligibility
Students and alumni from HKBU and the other 8 co-organising universities with technology-related business ideas are welcomed!
Awards for each theme
- Champion
Cash prize of HKD10,000; Microsoft Surface Pro 8
- 1st Runner-up
Cash Prize of HKD3,000
- 2nd Runner-up
Cash Prize of HKD2,000
- Best Presentation
Cash Prize of HKD1,000
*Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up winning teams can be admitted to HKSTP Ideation Programme and selected start-up programmes of universities.
