Chief Human Resources Officer, Kerry Properties Limited

Ms. Eva Kwong is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Kerry Properties Limited (“KPL”) leading the Group’s human resources and administration functions across Hong Kong and the Mainland.  Her role helps drive the people agenda with the aim of cultivating a high-performing, human-centric and value-based culture to support the Group’s business growth and sustainability.      

Prior to joining KPL, Ms. Kwong was the Chief Corporate Services Officer of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, overseeing the overall corporate services functions including human resources, general procurement, corporate administration, and Innovation & Technology.  She has over 28 years of management experience in public utilities and multinational companies and is an experienced senior executive in Human Resources with a demonstrated history of working in the fine art industry and the public sector. 

Ms. Kwong holds a bachelor’s degree from the Social Science Faculty of the Hong Kong Baptist University with a major in China Studies (Economics). She also took part in the Contemporary China Studies and Putonghua Program at Tsinghua University in Beijing and obtained a Certificate in China Economics and Putonghua. Ms. Kwong also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Leicester and completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Program at Harvard Business School.
