Information: 

Sportcanheal852 is a Hong Kong-based social enterprise that strives to create a better society by improving mental health through sports. Our focus is on enhancing self-regulation and resilience through the power of sports. We believe that sports can heal our communities in such stressful modern life. 

At Sportcanheal852, we use Karate as a channel to strengthen the mental health and well-being of Hong Kong students. Karate is a unique and culturally significant sport that serves as a supplementary intervention program outside of traditional sports. 

Through our program, we aim to promote mental health awareness and empower young people to lead fulfilling lives.
