The HKBU VFair is an exclusive online recruitment platform designed exclusively for HKBU students. Each participating employer will be given a dedicated online page and chatroom to display job openings and interact with students.

Booth  information:

Total booth area for each booth, including display boards: approximately 2.4 m (W) x 1.8m (D)

• Display boards for exhibitors to display posters/banners, with approximate dimensions of 2m (W) x 2m (H) x 0.5m (D)
• A fascia board with the exhibitor’s company name in English and booth number
• A table with a lockable cabinet, with approximate dimensions of 1m (W) x 1m (H) x 0.5m (D)
• 2 chairs
• An acrylic photo frame with a brief company description and job openings on the table
• HKBU Wi-Fi connection
• Each exhibitor may bring along a maximum of 2 easy-roll banners for display within their booth area

Remarks:

- No electric socket will be provided.

- Booths must be manned by at least one authorised representative of the exhibitors at all times.

- HKBU reserves the right to change the booth configuration if necessary.
