Payment Instructions:

(1)       Transfer the deposit to HKBU’s Hang Seng Bank Account No. 283-338366-014 via either ATM/E-Banking.  
(2)       ***Please include the following message or instructions to the beneficiary when making the transaction.
            The format should be: CC TWTS 2024 XXXXXXXX (your student ID)

(3)       Request the bank-in slip from the ATM/online transaction receipt from the E-Banking/screen capture for E-Banking. The receipt should show the payer and HKBU account number. The message confirming the completed transaction must be shown. Please keep the bank-in slip in good condition as you may be requested to submit the original to the Finance Office.

TWTS 2024 Briefing Session (Optional) (13 Sep 2024 from 15:30 to 16:30 via Zoom)
(Application Deadline: 10 September 2024, Tuesday)

A TWTS 2024 Briefing Session via Zoom will be held on 13 September 2024 (Friday) to provide a comprehensive overview of the programme's structure, goals and expectations. This session will help participants understand their roles and navigate the mentorship journey. While joining the briefing session is optional, it is recommended for individuals who are considering participating but may have questions or uncertainties.

“THE WAY TO SUCCESS” (TWTS) - FOUNDATION OF A HOLISTIC WHOLE-PERSON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

This course is offered by CEO Global Education Foundation (i.e. CEO Global). CEO Global was established in Hong Kong in 2005 as an educational non-profit organization and it focuses on effective servant leadership and transformational character development with an emphasis on the foundations of servanthood, leadership, character and integrity.

Whether students are career focused or simply seeking their path in life, this course seeks to provide students with the key ingredients that will help them achieve success in life. Mentors will walk with students through the course to help them apply some of the concepts delivered in class. The focus of the course is threefold:

  • Servanthood: adding value to others by serving with an attitude of unselfish concern.
  • Integrity: having a consistency of character that is demonstrated by an alignment of words and actions.
  • Leadership: developing authentic servant leaders who add value to their spheres of influence.

The course structure includes experiential learning and A particular focus is the high degree of teacher-mentor-student interactions. The mentorship component brings together students and seasoned business executives from varied backgrounds. It involves group discussion and open sharing of meaningful insights such as individuals’ values and life experiences including challenges, failures and successful achievements. The deep, authentic relationships among our educators, mentors and students contribute to effective and lasting change. Mentors will accompany the student in each step throughout the program duration. Mentors are also available to discuss career related issues and provide insights into the job seeking process.
