KOMPASS

Information:

KOMPASS envisions a world where individuals with disabilities are not just recipients of support, but empowered leaders and trainers within their communities. Their mission is to provide comprehensive training that equips people with disabilities with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

By transforming these capable individuals into trainers, KOMPASS creates a ripple effect of knowledge and inspiration. Their disabled trainers lead community training sessions, fostering social inclusion and breaking down barriers. At the heart of KOMPASS’s philosophy is the belief that “people with disabilities are not merely takers in our society; they are also givers, capable of making meaningful contributions once equipped with the right tools.”

Through their innovative approach, KOMPASS is redefining perceptions and building a more inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to lead and inspire.
