Important Notice: Jockey Club Campus of Creativity project – Commencement of Superstructure Works

The construction of the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity of the University, the work site of which is just adjacent to NTTIH, is scheduled to commence in April 2021 until the third quarter of 2024, subject to weather and other site works conditions. While some mitigation measures to minimize the extent of nuisances have already been taken, certain level of noise, dust, smell and vibration will inevitably be generated that will cause disturbance and inconvenience to residents.

Laundry

Please do your laundry by using the self-serviced laundry facilities in 5/F Student Common Room, which opens daily from 7:30 am to 12:30 am. Residents are strongly advised to follow the users’ instructions and use the laundry facilities properly.

Repair & Maintenance

Online Facility Defect Report System is set up for residents to report any defect(s) found in NTTIH. NTTIH management will conduct investigation to the defect(s) reported as soon as practicable.
