Serviced Apartments / Guesthouses

Furnished with furniture and private bathrooms, most of the serviced apartments and guesthouses in Hong Kong offer long-stay packages. Rents normally include utilities charges, such as water, electricity and air-conditioning charges. Students are advised to check the details of the packages offered by these accommodations before entering into an agreement.
