[UG] Hall Venues and Facilities Booking System

Residents may submit an application for booking of venues and their associated facilities through the system. No paper application is needed.

To use the Hall Venues and Facilities Booking System, please

1. Go to the University Venues and Facilities Booking System and choose “Search/Make Booking of Study/Rooms/Hall Venues”,

or

2. Click https://ughall.hkbu.edu.hk/Booking/
