[UG] Prolonged Absence from Halls

Residents who are absent from the Halls for more than consecutive 20 nights* within any period of 30 calendar days may be terminated of residence.
*Except for absences during the period between the first date of examination in the First Semester and the commencement date of the Second Semester.
 
To apply for an absence from the Halls, please fill out the application form on the Students and Staff Services Platform (SSSP) at least three working days prior to the intended absence period. The application will be reviewed by the Residential Life Officer of your Hall.
