Hall Facilities Consultative Group

Terms of Reference

  1. To suggest measures to improve the management of hall facilities.
  2. To suggest ways to enhance existing facilities and new facilities in the Halls.
  3. To feedback on the service of the cleaning and security contractors.

Reporting Relationship

The Consultative Group shall report to the Student Residence Operation Committee.

Frequency of Meeting

At least twice a year, before the meetings of Student Residence Operation Committee.
