Hall Facilities Consultative Group
Terms of Reference
- To suggest measures to improve the management of hall facilities.
- To suggest ways to enhance existing facilities and new facilities in the Halls.
- To feedback on the service of the cleaning and security contractors.
Reporting Relationship
The Consultative Group shall report to the Student Residence Operation Committee.
Frequency of Meeting
At least twice a year, before the meetings of Student Residence Operation Committee.
