Downtime for UGH Venues and Facilities Booking System
Please be informed that the Venues and Facilities Booking System for the Undergraduate Halls (UGH) will undergo temporary interruption in early January 2024 for scheduled maintenance and essential system upgrades. During the downtime, all users will not be able to access the System for any hall venues bookings, availability checking or bookings modifications. Details are as follows:

While venue bookings made for 4-6 Jan 2024 prior to the scheduled downtime will remain unaffected, all users are reminded to plan their bookings in advance, taking into account the scheduled maintenance period.
