[CCL-recognised] 「觀照自我」藝術工作坊 "Revealing Yourself Through Art"

Through art and music jamming, participants are guided to do a review and to project their future selves by composing and taking home their self-portraits and their own music tunes.

Complete both sessions to experience the full jamming journey!

Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Venue: Room G9, Undergraduate Halls

Refundable deposit: $200 (fully refund upon full completion)

Quota: 12 (Open to all UGC-funded degree seeking Undergraduate students, with priority to UGH / NTT hall residents)

Note:
- Participants are advised to wear loose-fitting sportswear for the session.

- Applicants will receive an email containing payment details to complete the application procedure. Only applicants made the payment on time and receive the confirmation from Leadership Qualities Centre would be considered as successful enrollment.

- Upon completion of both sessions on 2 & 9 Nov 2023 and the post-activity survey, participants will be awarded a CCL unit and a refund of $200.

About the instructor: Miss Tang Cheuk-man, Penelope (Penny)
Tang Cheuk-man graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Visual Arts. In 2017, she was awarded a Summer Musical Camp Scholarship by Goldsmiths, University of London for a short-term musical theatre training in UK. In 2017, Tang curated a micro-multimedia theatre showcase entitled Searching for Stillness to explore the meanings of death and the ritual possibilities. She was endorsed again in 2020 for the second run held in early 2021.

Tang has recently involved in various alternative theatrical performances, including The Story of Yim Tin Tsai – Environmental Theatre (2019) organised by Yim Tin Festival, Open A Room – Gaze (2020), an interactive online performance & also 100% Hong Kong (2021) by Rimini Protokoll & On & On Theatre Workshop.

Lee Ka Hei is a Social Worker and a Registered Arts (Expressive Arts) Therapist (AThR).
