Global Vision

In order to cultivate students' global citizenship and broaden their horizons, a series of outbound experiential learning trips are held . Students will have the invaluable opportunities to develop a profound understanding of global issues, while simultaneously equipping them with the requisite skills and mindset to actively engage with and make meaningful contributions to the global community.

Major Programmes:

Serve-cation 2023-24     
Two trips will be offered. Student can choose to visit Thailand and take part in building facilities for the local community, or explore the rich biodiversity in Sri Lanka. Preparatory meetings and workshops will be arrange to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for their overseas experiences.

HKBU Student Leadership Corps
A tailored training programme that focuses on improving personal qualities, leadership skills and global awareness, preparing participants to serve the community effectively and providing exceptional individuals with the chance to participate in an overseas study trip to gain deeper insights into global issues. 

Catalyst for Community Building Grant (CCB)
The Grant encourages integration and community building of local and non-local students by awarding financial support.to student-initiated local activities or outbound/ backpacker trips.
