SVC 2024-25 - Little Hands, Big Mess: Sensory Play with Toddlers and Preschoolers
About
Join our impactful volunteer programme to develop skills in organising Messy Play workshops for underprivileged toddlers and preschoolers. Students will learn how to set up and lead these workshops, which facilitate early learning and development of kids. The training sessions will cover the essential principles of Messy Play, the underlying developmental theories, and the practical skills needed for effective and careful planning and management of the workshops.
Students will engage in training sessions, prepare for the workshops, and ultimately conduct an actual Messy Play session for the young children. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives while honing crucial leadership and organisational abilities.
