Yoga And Meditation For Beginners 2023-24
In this CCL-recognised 4-class workshop, we will practice some basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and different types of meditations together, including Body Scan, Mindfulness Meditation and Dance and Movement Meditation to cultivate mindfulness qualities and awareness. After attending her class, you can expect to feel a profound sense of calmness and a stronger connection with yourself, empowering you to embark on a path of self-improvement and inner harmony.

Cheryl's yoga journey began as a remedy for back pain, but it soon evolved into a lifelong commitment to mindfulness and inner harmony. The serene and mindful qualities of yoga and meditation practices became the cornerstone of her life. Drawing from her transformative experience, Cheryl is a passionate advocate for mindfulness, self-compassion, and mental health. She believes that the way to create a better world is to start from within, by taking care of one’s mind, body and heart.
Cheryl is a HKBU graduate and a Hall Advisor of the Undergraduate Halls.

- Participants should prepare a yoga mat, a towel and comfortable clothes for the classes.
- Applicants will receive an email containing payment details to complete the application procedure. Only applicants made the payment on time and receive the confirmation from Leadership Qualities Centre would be considered as successful enrollment.
