[CCL] Shaping the future with NextGen (31 Mar)

You are invited to serve as an ambassador, guiding secondary school students as they explore university life at HKBU on 31 March. Through a campus tour and a visit to a curated exhibition of student‑initiated projects supervised by the Leadership Qualities Centre, you will help equip them for the future.

Highlights of your journey with the visiting youths:

  • Campus tour: Experience the vibrancy of university life while visiting several signature campus landmarks.

  • Curated exhibition at the Amphitheatre: Visit “AI x Art: Reimagine — Shaping the Future Together,” which brings together a wide range of student projects from the Leadership Qualities Centre that blend technology with creativity to imagine new possibilities for our community. The works include tools that help preserve heritage and support wellbeing, artwork that heals and teaches, and digital stories that invite us to see our city from a fresh point of view. Together, they encourage us to think again about how the future is shaped. More than a showcase, the exhibition is an open space for exchanging ideas and building collaborations, giving young visitors a clear sense of what’s possible for university students. Project owners will present their work, and some displays will feature hands‑on, on‑site trials for participants.

  • Sharing Session: Speak with the students about your university experience, answer their questions, and encourage them to pursue their aspirations and become future shapers.

Benefits from being our ambassador:

1/ A chance to polish your presentation and communication skills in an interactive context.

2/ Be a role model to youths under a structured activity.

3/ Work with like-minded HKBU students.

4/ Receive a CCL.

Medium: English & Cantonese

Eligibility: Open to all UG local and non-local students

Fee: Free of charge

A zoom briefing session will be held before the activity to tell you about your role (24 March, Tue, 4:30pm-5:00pm).
