UNICEF HK "EdVocate School Speakers Programme" 

 

Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) organizes a variety of educational and advocacy activities to protect and promote children’s rights every year. By organizing talks in primary and secondary schools, students can learn about the lives of children around the world and UNICEF’s work on child survival, protection, development and civil participation. 

 

You are sincerely invited to join our team of volunteer educators and work hand-in-hand with UNICEF HK to advocate child rights. 

 

Duties of EdVocate School Speaker include: 

- Conduct school talks, lessons, workshops at primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong; 

- Support UNICEF HK’s educational activities; 

 

Join EdVocate School Speaker if you are: 

- A full-time university student; 

- Responsible, independent and proactive; 

- Fluent in Cantonese and English; 

- Passionate about children’s rights education and UNICEF’s work; and 

- Experience in teaching or children/youth service is an advantage 

 

And you are willing to: 

- Dedicate your time and energy; 

- Complete trainings and practicums; 

- Conduct educational activities at primary and secondary schools between February 2026 and August 2027 (Educational activities are mostly conducted on weekdays) ; 

- Support UNICEF HK’s promotional and educational activities 

 

UNICEF HK will provide a series of complementary training for those interested in becoming a school speaker. All necessary materials and supplementary teaching aids for educational activities are also provided by UNICEF HK. Additionally, transportation subsidies are provided to participants during their service period. Volunteers will be acknowledged with service proof or certificate of appreciation according to the service period, performance and engagement level. 每年，聯合國兒童基金香港委員會（UNICEF  HK）均舉辦不同的教育和倡議活動，保護和實踐兒童權利。㇐直以來，UNICEF HK 到訪多間中、小學與學生交流，進行到校講座，以互動的形式讓學生認識世界各地兒童的生活狀況，並了解聯合國兒童基金會在兒童生存、保護、發展及公民參與各方面所作出的努力。 


現在，UNICEF HK 誠邀您加入本會的教育工作行列，透過認識全球兒童議題及掌握演講技巧，到訪香港各中、小學帶領及進行各類型教學活動，攜手為兒童的未來出㇐分力。 

 

EdVocate 校園講者工作內容包括： 

- 到本港中、小學帶領及進行主題講座、學校課堂、工作坊等； 

- 支援 UNICEF HK 舉辦各類型的教育活動； 

 

現在誠意邀請您加入EdVocate 校園講者成為㇐份子，只要您是： 

- 全日制大學生； 

- 具責任感、獨立、主動； 

- 表達能力良好； 

- 有意推動兒童權利教育及 UNICEF HK 的工作及 

- 具教學或服務兒童及青少年經驗更佳 

 

並願意： 

- 投入時間與精力； 

- 完成各項培訓及實習； 

- 於 2026 年 2 月至 2027 年 8 月期間，到中、小學帶領及進行各類型教育活動 (教育活動主要於星期㇐至五進行) 及 

- 支援 UNICEF HK 的推廣及教育活動 

 

UNICEF HK 將為有志擔任學校講者的人士提供㇐系列培訓，費用全免。教育活動所需的資料及輔助教具均由 UNICEF HK 提供，並於服務期間為參加者提供交通津貼。本會將按參加者服務表現頒發服務紀錄證明信或表揚證書，以示嘉許。 有關培訓及活動時間表，請按此。
