Aromatherapy is a specific type of therapy that combines scented essential oils with massage to offer various benefits, such as relaxation, pain management, and enhanced mood.
In this programme, under the guidance of experienced trainers, students will participate in comprehensive training sessions focused on aromatherapy massage for the elderly. After acquiring knowledge and hands-on techniques, students will deliver aromatherapy massages and interact with elderly through organising workshops and different activities. These techniques are valuable not only for one-time service initiatives but also as practical tools for everyday life and future endeavours.
