Who is eligible?
  1. Current full-time HKBU undergraduates of all major

  2. Passionate about Arts, Culture and Lifestyle, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience

  3. Available to attend the Ambassador Assessment Workshop on
    6 September 2025 (Saturday), 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., AAB301-2

 

You are expected to:
  1. Organise ONE event for LIVE Ambassadors

  2. Participate in TWO activities organised by the Ambassadors, and TWO training sessions by LIVE.  Please note these events will be held on the weekday evenings or weekends.

  3. Deliver TEN hours of  service based on your availability with remuneration

 

Recognition and Awards:

Ambassadors who fulfill the above requirements will receive a certificate and/or reference letter. Outstanding ambassadors may also be nominated for suitable scholarship opportunities by 31 August 2026. 

 

When to apply?
  • Application Deadline: 3 September 2025 (Wednesday), 4:00 p.m.

  • Screening: Begins from 20 August 2025; shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in the Ambassador Assessment Workshop.

  • Results Announcement: By email in batches, no later than 4 September 2025 (Thursday) evening.

    6 September 2025 (Saturday), 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
 
  • Skills Development Workshops:
    Schedule for October & November 2025
    Topics include Arts Administration, Social Media Writing, Videography, Photography, and Theatre Critic Writing…etc. 
 
  • Ambassador-led Activities: 
    Semester1: 24 October 2025 (Friday) & 22 November 2025 (Saturday)
    Semester2: Mid-January & Mid-March 2026
