Unleash your creativity and gain valuable experience as an Arts Ambassador! 

We're seeking enthusiastic HKBU undergraduate students passionate about Arts, Culture & Lifestyle to join our team and contribute to exciting art events. Earn pocket money, build your portfolio, connect with like-minded peers, and develop practical skills in various event management roles.

Opportunities include:

  • Social Media Content Creator: Craft engaging content to promote our events.
  • Graphic Designer: Design visually stunning materials for online and print.
  • Photographer/Videographer: Capture the essence of our events through captivating photos and videos.
  • Audio Operator/Stage Crew: Ensure seamless technical execution of performances and events.
  • Event Organiser/Coordinator: Plan and manage events from concept to execution.
  • Workshop Facilitator/Exhibition Curator: Share your expertise and passion for art.
  • Performer: Showcase your talent and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our events.

Develop in-demand skills through workshops covering:

  • Design Skills: Master graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
  • Social Media Strategy: Learn best practices for content creation and platform management.
  • Videography: Hone your skills in shooting and editing compelling videos & vlogs.
  • Photography: Capture stunning images and elevate your photography skills.
  • Art Administration: Gain insights into managing art programs, funding, and community engagement.
  • Audio Operation: Develop skills in sound engineering and equipment operation.
  • Communication Skills: Enhance your interpersonal and communication abilities.

 

LIVE Ambassadors are expected to:

1. Attend the Mandatory Briefing Session

2. Complete Two Skill-Building Workshops

3. Provide at least 20 Paid Service Hours in your chosen area of contribution

4. Certificate of Completion:  Awarded to all Ambassadors who fulfill the minimum requirements

1. Application Deadline: 15 Jan 2025 (Wed)
2. Interviews (for selected candidates): 16, 17, 20 January 2025 (Thu, Fri, Mon)
3. Results Announcement:  20 January 2025 (Mon) evening, by email
4. Briefing Session: 21 Jan 2025 (Tue) 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, iCafe
