Established in AY2020/21, the programme aims to create a network of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Captains, dedicated to building a supportive mental wellness community at HKBU.

The MHFA Captains, who are also certified Mental Health First Aiders, are trained to identify and provide immediate support to students with emotional needs.  They will also take the initiative in reaching out and organising activities to help strengthen the mental well-being of classmates of the same major and cohort.

Are you wondering what this is all about?  Check out our introduction videos!
