Announcement: Opening of Activity Rooms 302-303 in JC3

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new multi-purpose activity rooms, Room 302 and Room 303, located on the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity, from 21 March 2025.

These versatile venues are ideal for a range of activities, including exhibitions, seminars and workshops. Room 302 is equipped with a PA system and can be used independently or combined with Room 303 to create a larger event area. Room 303 features a TV on a mobile stand, making it perfect for smaller group activities, focused discussions, or intimate workshops that require a more collaborative environment.

Please note that there are currently no tables and chairs available in these rooms. Users will need to make their own arrangements as appropriate.

The activity rooms will be open from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday. Members of the University community are welcome to visit and explore the venues during these hours. Eligible users can make reservations between 7 and 45 days in advance through the Venues and Facilities Booking System (VFBS).
