This study tour to Porto and Lisbon offers students a unique opportunity to expand their global horizons and explore international relations firsthand. Set across two of Portugal’s most dynamic and historic cities, the programme provides an immersive, hands-on learning experience tailored to deepen students' understanding of global connectivity.

1) Aged between 18 and 35 (must be 18 years old on the departure date).
2) (i) Hold a valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, or
(ii) Hold a valid Hong Kong resident identity card and be enrolled in a full-time programme in Hong Kong.
3) Each participant may only take part in one international exchange programme under *this funding scheme during the current year (2026-2027), regardless of whether it is organized by the same group.
(*This funding scheme refers to the " Funding Scheme for International Youth Exchange 2026-27 " organised by the Youth Development Commission for the current year, 2026-2027.)

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a screening interview on 28 Sept, 30 Sept or 5 October 2026.
HK$9,900/person or
HK$3,000/person^ (^the latter applies only to eligible applicants for the "Pilot Scheme for Subsidy for Underprivileged Youth for Overseas Exchange")
+ $2,000 refundable deposit upon full-attendance of all the trainings, services, and post-trip activity with satisfactory performance.
Costs include round trip flight ticket, accommodation, meals and activities, excluding visa.
Successful applicants will be notified shortly after the screening interview.
To indicate the acceptance of offer, the programme fee has be to settled before the given deadline. All fee paid are non-refundable.
Eligible students may apply for funding support from FGF.
Successful applicants must fulfill the travel requirements (if any) as required by the country and bear own costs of visa application (if applicable).
This is a CCL-recognised programme. Students who attend on time and complete all activities will receive 2 CCL units (National Education).
