Beyond the world-famous pop culture and the Han River Miracle, Seoul is renowned for its innovative thinking. Recently, like Hong Kong, Seoul has faced challenges such as soaring property prices, economic decline, and gentrification. Amid these adversities, which groups and individuals continue to strive for regional revitalisation by integrating "community treasures", public participation, and innovative ideas?

Continuing the MaD School's 2024–2025 Thematic Season exploration on "future heritage" and local narratives, this journey explores Seoul's community regeneration from multiple perspectives, including official policies, socio-economics, community development, and cultural conservation, offering inspiration for envisioning our possible future.

由非牟利機構創不同協作（MaD）主辦、香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助的「香港賽馬會社區資助計劃 – “創不同”學院」，將在2025年6月期間舉辦「創不同之旅｜首爾：社區再生故事」，活動現正開放報名。

MaD旗下項目「創不同之旅」每年帶領年輕人考察亞洲不同地區，深入探索當地社會創新及社區文化發展，從而反思個人的路向及本港的社會發展。活動年齡限制為18至40歲，歡迎各位師生參與。今屆創不同之旅將會帶參加者深入首爾，與當地智庫、社區機構、合作社等交流，探討樓價高昂、經濟下滑、市紳化的多重壓力下，民間如何透過深耕細作，善用社區自身的資產（asset），結合民眾參與和創新思維，在逆境中推動地區創生。當本港思索都市定位之際，舊社區又面臨大規模重建，相信這趟旅程可以帶來獨特啟發，更可連結不同界別和院校的有心人。

五日四夜的首爾之旅，由專研社會經濟的年輕南韓學者全智允教授（Prof. JEON Jiyun）協助策劃及主持，出發前設有本地的預備工作坊，內容豐富充實，尤其適合對社區營造、地方創生、永續發展、藝術社會實踐等範疇有強烈興趣的同學。
