As a charitable organization recognized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Foundation is deeply committed to driving technological innovation, youth development, and the commercialization of scientific research across the Greater Bay Area. The Foundation deeply value their ongoing partnerships with Hong Kong’s esteemed universities. Their recent brand initiatives, including previous editions of the "Fly Your Dream" Internship Program and the "Gateway To Tomorrow" Business Case Analysis Competition, have successfully engaged over 4,000 university students in Hong Kong. This enthusiastic response perfectly illustrates the remarkable drive and potential of Hong Kong's youth regarding hands-on learning and career development.
To further expand internship and employment avenues for Hong Kong youth, connect them with premium resources in the Greater Bay Area and the Mainland, and help them equip themselves for the broader national development landscape, the Foundation is thrilled to co-host the 3rd "Fly Your Dream" Hong Kong Youth Internship Program (2026 Summer) alongside the Hong Kong Island Youth United Association and the Hubei-Hong Kong Youth Exchange Promotion Association. This year’s program operates on an unprecedented scale, offering over 150 high-quality internship placements.
大灣區青年科創基金會（下稱「青創會」）乃香港特別行政區政府認可之慈善機構，長期致力推動粵港澳大灣區科創融合、青年創新發展及科技成果轉化。青創會與香港各大專院校一直保持緊密合作，過去舉辦之「築夢飛揚 (Fly Your Dream)」香港青少年實習就業計劃、「Gateway To Tomorrow」商業案例分析大賽等品牌項目，累計吸引逾 4,000 名香港大學生參與，獲院校及師生廣泛好評，充分體現香港青年對實踐學習及職涯發展的熱忱與潛力。
為進一步拓展香港青年之實習就業機會，連結大灣區及內地優質資源，協助青年裝備自己、融入國家發展大局，青創會現聯同香港島青年聯會、鄂港青年交流促進會主辦「築夢飛揚 (Fly Your Dream)」第三屆香港青少年實習就業計劃——2026 暑期實習計劃。本屆計劃規模盛大，目標提供超過 150 個優質實習崗位。

Programme Highlight 計劃亮點 | (1) Top-tier Corporate Network: We have invited leading state-owned enterprises and professional institutions to provide six-week internships (July to August 2026). Participating organizations include China Resources Group, JunHe LLP, China Merchants Securities International, Everbright Securities International, Soochow Securities, Kowloon Hospital, Zhonghe Capital, and One TV. Placements cover a wide spectrum of industries, including finance, management, accounting, technology, healthcare, and media. (2) Diverse City Placements: Internships are located across core economic hubs, including Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Wuhan, allowing students to personally experience the pulse of the nation's development. Notably, the placements in Suzhou are backed by dedicated funding support from the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) of the HKSAR Government. (3)Holistic Career Support: The program features a formal closing ceremony and an exclusive career development forum. We have invited C-suite executives and seasoned industry experts to share insights, offering students professional career guidance and a platform for face-to-face networking. In previous years, we have had the privilege of hosting senior executives from Citibank, CR Construction, China Mobile, and the Hong Kong Virtual Asset Exchange (HKVAX) to tremendous acclaim.
(1) 頂尖企業陣容： 本會邀得華潤集團、君合律師事務所、招商證券國際、光大證券國際、東吳證券、九龍醫院、中合資本、One TV 等大型國有企業及專業機構參與，提供為期六周（2026 年 7 月至 8 月）之實習崗位，涵蓋金融、管理、財務、科創、醫療、傳媒等領域。
(2) 多元城市佈局： 實習地點包括香港、深圳、廣州、北京、上海、蘇州及武漢等核心城市，讓香港青年親身體驗國家發展脈搏。其中，蘇州之崗位更獲香港特別行政區政府民政及青年事務局專項資助支持。
(3) 全方位職涯支援： 計劃設有結業典禮，並將舉辦專屬實習就業論壇，邀請知名企業高管與資深專家進行主題分享，為學生提供專業職涯指導與面對面交流的平台。青創會過去曾邀請花旗銀行、華營建築、中國移動、香港虛擬資產交易所等機構高管親臨分享，反應十分熱烈。 |
