The 5th Edition of the “Bi-city Youth Cultural Leadership Programme” is now open for applications. As the flagship youth-learning initiative of the Hong Kong Palace Museum, supported by Swire Properties as the Lead Sponsor, the programme aims to nurture the next generation of cultural talents in Hong Kong and Beijing.

The programme is now seeking full-time undergraduate students from universities in Beijing or Hong Kong, including international students, who are passionate about culture, arts, and museum development, and aspire to pursue a career in a related field.

 

召集有志成為文化人才的京港兩地大學生！

「雙城青年文化人才交流計劃」（2026年）現已接受報名。本計劃由香港故宮文化博物館主辦、首席贊助太古地產全力支持，旨在推動香港與北京青年透過藝術文化交流激發創意思維、擴闊視野，藉此培育新一代文化人才。

現正招募現正就讀於北京或香港的大學全日制本科生，包括國際留學生，如你熱衷於文化藝術及博物館發展，並希望投身於相關行業，誠邀你報名參加。

What you will do

你將會

  • Visit art and cultural institutions in Hong Kong, Beijing and Guangzhou, conduct site visits, and participate in a series of workshops and master classes
    你將有機會親自前往香港、北京及廣州，參觀當地的文化藝術機構、進行社區考察、參與一系列的工作坊與大師班
  • Undertake internships at museums, commercial or cultural organisations in Hong Kong
    於香港的博物館、商業或文化機構進行實習
  • Connect with like-minded peers and collaborate on innovative ideas, and showcase them to the public
    認識一班志同道合的朋友；更可盡情發揮創意，與夥伴共同創作和設計創新概念方案，並向公眾展示成果

Eligibility

參加條件

  • * Full-time undergraduate students enrolled at universities in Beijing or Hong Kong (international students included).
    * 現正就讀於北京或香港的大學全日制本科生，包括國際留學生
  • Students who are passionate about culture, arts, and museum development, and aspire to pursue a career in a related field.
    熱衷於文化藝術及博物館發展，並希望投身於相關行業
  • Students who are open-minded and willing to exchange ideas with other student participants.
    持開放思維、樂意與其他青年交流
  • Students who are able and willing to participate in all sessions and fully engage in the Programme.
    能夠出席及全程投入計劃的所有活動
  • * The programme will be scheduled from July to August 2026, and participants shall be full-time undergraduate students during this period.
    * 計劃將於2026年7月至8月進行，參加者在計劃期間必須是全日制大學本科生
