The Hong Kong Jockey Club Chairman’s Scholarship is a prestigious and generous scholarship that aims to attract students with exceptional academic achievements to pursue their undergraduate studies in Hong Kong. The Scholarship is open to students in Hong Kong as well as students from Mainland China and other countries and regions who demonstrate exceptional standard of academic performance and have a strong intention and likelihood to matriculate in a UGC-funded undergraduate programme.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club Striding On Scholarship aims to recognise local students who have achieved excellence while demonstrating resilience and strength of mind to overcome adversities or challenges in life. These may include but are not limited to: challenges that arise from special education needs or other forms of disabilities, health needs, prejudices on account of the individual’s race, gender or religious beliefs, hardships of all types (financial or otherwise), or other extenuating personal or familial circumstances.

HKSAR Government Reaching Out Award (ROA) was established by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government to equip students with an international vision, broaden their exposure to multicultural environment and enhance their communication skills. The  Reaching Out Award 2022-23 is now open for application, please click here for more information.

The HKBU Awards for Global Vision was established to support students to broaden their global vision and exposure through participating in international competitions, conferences, performances or festivals as delegates of the University. The Awards also help raise the University’s profile by having more students demonstrating their academic or co-curricular talents and achievements in the international arena. Note: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as extreme weather, that resulted in the sudden closure of SFA Counter on the day of the deadline, SFA will extend the deadline of application to 5:30pm of the following working day.

The Mr. & Mrs. Ho Ting Sik Scholarship was established by Mr. & Mrs. Ho Ting Sik to equip students with international vision, broaden their exposure to multicultural environments and strengthen their international connections.
