Eligible students who wish to apply for Providence Foundation Bursaries 2024-25 are required to submit the completed Application Form, Form of Additional Information, together with all relevant supporting documents in hard copy to Scholarships and Financial Aid Unit (SFA), Office of Student Affairs, WLB401, Level 4, The Wing Lung Bank Building for Business Studies, Shaw Campus before the application deadline (5:30pm on 30 September 2024, Monday). Before submitting application to the SFA counter, students should staple or bind their form and supporting documents to 1 set with a staple, clip or treasury tag on the top left corner themselves. Late application or application with missing supporting documents will not be considered.

The Li Kwan Hung Education Fund has been established to support full-time students with disabilities and have financial difficulties on their studies. The fund is open for application now, please click here for more information.

*This financial assistance is offered/awarded by an external party. SFA is only responsible for promoting it, but not involved in the selection process. For enquiries, please directly contact the Association at 2551 4161.

The Sir Edward Youde Memorial Award Schemes are now open for applications from students undertaking UGC-funded/publicly-funded courses. The different categories of awards are as follows:


1) Fellowships for Postgraduate Research Students
2) Scholarships for Undergraduate and Diploma Students
3) Fellowship / Scholarship for Disabled Students

University Bursaries and Loans 2024-25 are now open for application. Please click here for more details. 

Eligible students who have financial difficulties and wish to apply for University Bursaries and Loans are required to submit the online application first, then submit the signed application form with all relevant supporting documents to Scholarships and Financial Aid Unit (SFA), Office of Student Affairs before the application deadline (5:30pm on 25 September 2024). The deadline time is set according to our system’s clock. Late application or application without the signed form and supporting documents will not be considered.

Please note that University Bursaries and Loans are different from Government grant (TSFS). Local needy students can apply for both.
