Department of Communication Studies
#	COMS Outstanding Citizenship Award	Year 3 or Year 4 COMS student with a cGPA of 2.50 or above and demonstrated outstanding records of participation in Department-supported activities/events in the previous academic year.	9	HK$5,000	Open application in September-October
#	COMS Outstanding Leadership Award	All current executive members of The Young Agency (TYA) are eligible for the nomination. Awards shall be given to nominees who: (a) have attained a cGPA of 2.80 or above at the time of application; (b) have attained outstanding evaluation from respective TYA executive board through internal rating (Rating system is included in the appendix); (c) have been recommended or endorsed by student advisors, programme directors, and/or internal selection panel.	3	HK$5,000	by department nomination in March
