Terms of Reference

1. To investigate into any student disciplinary cases as referred by the Director of Student Affairs.
2. To recommend to the Student Affairs Committee on sanctions relating to suspension or dismissal of students from the University.
3. To submit report on student disciplinary cases.

Membership Composition

	2023-2024
Chairperson:
A member, from the pool of Chairpersons, as appointed by the Chairperson of the SAC	On a roster basis
Secretary:
A staff of the Office of Student Affairs as nominated by the Director of Student Affairs	Dr. Rosa TANG
Other Members:
Director of Student Affairs or his/her representative	Prof. Henry FOCK
A member, from the pool of staff members, as appointed by the Chairperson of the SAC	On a roster basis
A student nominated by the Students’ Union	On a substitute basis
A student senator	On a substitute basis

Frequency of Meetings

Meeting is convened on a need basis.
